Assistant Manager(M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure that requirements are validated and verified.
- Handle multiple project management and can lead related Leaders.
- Define project scope and objectives, handle of complaints and necessity of all relevant stakeholders and support technical feasibility
- Achieve goals by appropriately utilizing internal and external resources, manage resource availability and allocation
- Draw and Review a detailed project plan
- Monitor and track progress of project
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Support and Report to above management level
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Review and manage project documentation, develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps
- Meet with clients to take detailed requirements, briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Support the guideline to the respective positions’ specialty and responsibility
- Analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Participate company’s activities or management process if necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years above of working experience in Japanese Software Development Industry and at least 3 years experience as a Project Leader
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Knowledge in software devleopment languages such as Java/PHP/Database/Git etc.
- Experience in Project Managements Tools such as Asana/Redmine
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Japanese N2), must pass at least Japanese Level N2
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Translate necessary information from Japanese to Members and vice versa
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
- Can use project management tools like backlog
