Responsibilities
- Report to Project Manager and information to management if necessary
- Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your supervisor or senior management
- Problem Solving
- Technical Support
- Analyze System
- Review Member’s Task
- Coding Review
- Documentation with UML
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Preparation of Documentation like Basic/Detail design and Unit testing
- Check for member’s documentation
- Implementation Project (Coding development)
- Testing Phase (Unit Testing, Integration Test, Performance Test)
- Train interns or new employees if necessary
- Participate company’s activities or advertising process if necessary
Requirements
- Must have working experience in management level at least 1 years and development experience at least 6 years
- Must have at least 1 years of experience writing documents (basic design/detail design/unit testing etc.)
- Must have Japanese language N3 level and above
- Must have experience in direct communication with Japanese.
- Must have experience in Java/PHP Language
- Strong in database SQL queries in Oracle/MySQL
- Implementation Project (Coding development)
- SHELL script (Understand Linux command) is optional
- Experience in the usage of EC2 of AWS is optional
- Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
- Leadership and good management skills
